It's been an awful long time since I blogged. Due almost entirely to the fact that work has kept me so busy I've had very little time to do much else except sleep and occasionally eat. Things are looking up though. Since I have started work I went from a state of system shock to more energy than I've had in what seems like forever.
I feel like I'm detoxing the lazy. All the aches and pains, they are just my body turning on machinery that hasn't had a use since I last worked overnight. I'm feeling challenged again, and that's a good thing. I bitch (inwardly) about how much it sucks, how much I want to just flip off my supervisors and walk out the door. But at the same time I want this. I want to come home after a 10 hour shift and prop up my feet. Rubbing the soreness out of my heels feels great. And nothing beats having your own money.
